Wow Cooking Guide 1-450
This Shadowlands Cooking leveling guide will show you the fastest way how to level your Shadowlands Cooking skill from 1 to 75.
Often the materials are based on a case that you will gain one skill point for each craft. This won't happen, so you will have to buy a few extra materials while you are leveling your Cooking.
I recommend using Zygor's 1-60 Leveling Guide if you are still leveling your character or you just started a new alt. The guide is in a small window on your main screen in-game. All the detail that you need to complete the quests are included. You'll never have to switch back to a website, or even the in-game main map to see where you have to go or what's next. And if you are low on gold, I recommend trying this Gold Making Guide, it can help you to make a lot of gold.
Shadowlands Cooking Trainer Location
You can learn Shadowlands Cooking from Chef Au'krut in Oribos at the Hall of Shapes. (Coordinates: 46.6, 25.8)
Oribos is the new Shadowlands city hub for both factions. You will arrive there after you finish the Shadowlands intro quests, so you can learn the new profession recipes before you head out questing.

Approximate Materials Required
There are multiple meals that you can cook to level Cooking in most steps, therefore I can't list the exact number of meat/fish needed to reach 75.
Below you will find a list that is usually the cheapest way to level, but the price of meat/fish varies from realm to realm. If you want to save gold, I just recommend doing the guide step by step, and don't buy everything all at once.
Leveling Shadowlands Cooking
The following Cooking reagents are all sold by Distributor Au'van. (he is standing near your trainer)
1 - 22
Make 21 from one of these:
Make Biscuits and Caviar if you bought 60 x
Lost Sole. Make the other recipe if you only bought 35.
The recipe will be yellow for the last few points, so you might have to make a few more to reach 22.
22 - 36
14 x Meaty Apple Dumplings - 42 Shadowy Shank
Shadowy Shank should be the cheapest, but you can make any of these below up to 31 if they are cheaper to make:
Then make 5 from this between 31-36 if it's cheaper:
- 5 x
Cinnamon Bonefish Stew - 15 Pocked Bonefish
36 - 51
15 x Banana Beef Pudding - 45 Aethereal Meat, 45 Phantasmal Haunch
You can also make the recipes below, but Banana Beef Pudding will probably be the cheapest.
Make 5 from this between 36-41:
- 5 x
Cinnamon Bonefish Stew - 15 Pocked Bonefish
Then you can make 10 from any of these below to reach 51.
51 - 61
10 x Steak a la Mode - 30 Shadowy Shank, 30 Raw Seraphic Wing.
Steak a la Mode is usually the cheapest to make, but you can make 10 from any of these below if they are cheaper to make.
61 - 66
5 x Iridescent Ravioli with Apple Sauce - 15 Iridescent Amberjack, 15 Lost Sole
66 - 75
9 x Seraph Tenders - 36 Raw Seraphic Wing, 18 Lost Sole, 18 Silvergill Pike
You could also make the other two soul foods, but I recommend Seraph Tenders since you can easily farm all 3 ingredients in Bastion.
- 9 x
Smothered Shank - 36 Shadowy Shank, 18 Lost Sole, 18 Spinefin Piranha
At 70, you can switch to:
- 5 x
Fried Bonefish - 20 Lost Sole, 10 Pocked Bonefish, 10 Spinefin Piranha
Zygor's Leveling Guide 1-60
I recommend trying Zygor's Leveling Guide if you are still leveling your character or you just started a new alt. The guide is in a small window on your main screen in-game. All the detail that you need to complete the quest is included. You'll never have to switch back to a website or even the in-game main map to see where you have to go or what's next.
